Here at Elite ID Fitness our mission is to consistently challenge and lead our clients to provide the highest quality fitness experience. We use weekly weigh-ins, body measurements, and meal plans to keep you motivated towards achieving your goals. Our step-by-step process allows you the chance to adjust to more positive lifestyle both mentally and physically. Our clients will be Equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to transition to a better quality of life through fitness. Gyms are a place where we find community, family, strength, growth, and what we're truly made of. 

Elite ID Fitness Gym is open and working against adversity to be fully operational. The COVID-19 governmental gym closures delayed progress and now I’m reaching out for help. If you have followed me over the years you know fitness and wellness is my passion. Any donation big or small would be greatly appreciated. All money raised will be used for gym equipment, utilities, rent, permits, licensing, insurance, marketing, weight room flooring upgrades, equipment installation, and new management software. 

I have been active my entire life starting with little league soccer, weight training since 2010, All Natural Physique Competitor since 2016, and certified fitness coach since 2017. Health and Wellness has always been a passion of mine. It has been a goal of mine to own my own business and provide value to my community. Gyms are a place where we find community, family, strength, growth, and what we're truly made of. 

CARDIO FITNESS

Tired of sitting all day in the office? Do your body a favor and get your blood pumping. Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside as it is about how it functions on the inside. Your heart is a muscle, too, and my workouts will get your heart-rate up. Your body will thank you for it!
